Here's a letter recently published in the National Post in response to this column

Re: A Record Of Conservative Achievement, Adam Daifallah, Nov. 19.

Adam Daifallah argues that except for his massive deficit spending Prime Minister Stephen Harper has been a good conservative.

That's quite an exception. It's like saying except for his battle at Little Bighorn, General George Custer was a good military tactician.
