The results of our poll on the Gaza Freedom Flotilla are now in.

Fully 60% of respondents agreed that “Sending in commandos was a tough choice, but the right choice.” By contrast, our second place response—“There wouldn’t be a Freedom Flotilla if not for the blockade on Gaza” received a mere 18% of the vote.

The (hopefully) flippant response, “Who cares? Bomb the boats and feed the fish” (a 1980s punk-rock reference, if anyone cares to know) received 11% support.

Two responses, “The police should have intercepted the Flotilla, not the navy” and “Israel should have let the Flotilla through to unload supplies in Gaza” received negligible support, at 7% and 4% respectively.
